Under Missouri Work Comp Statute 287-120.4 if an employee's injury is caused by the failure of the employer to comply with any statute in Missouri or any lawful order of the work comp division or the work comp commission, the employee compensation and employee death benefit provided for shall be increased fifteen percent.
