Dear Mr. Dews:


I represent Jesse Schenk and Jeremy Harris pertaining to the above referenced matter.  This correspondence is legal notice of a claim for damages against the City of DeSoto, Missouri.  


Please take notice that my clients are making a claim for damages for the accident of November 15, 2007, at or near Williams Street and 2nd Street in the City of DeSoto, which occurred at 2:20 a.m.  The vehicle my clients were in went off the road and under a guide cable causing it to fall off a cliff and resulting in personal injury. 

 
The road near the cliff is dangerous and should have had an adequate barrier due to the character of the streets in the vicinity.  My clients are claiming damages as a result of this dangerous condition.
